Anthony specialises in teaching young children, taking them from beginner through to diploma levels, with dedicated children with supportive parents completing their diplomas between the ages of 12 and 16. Anthony's students receive the highest marks and are noted for their technical brilliance, musical artistry and sound theoretical understanding of music. Many have successfully auditioned for the conservatorium high school and university and consistently outperform their peers.
If you are an adult that can already play the piano and want to sharpen up your skills, play for enjoyment or sit AMEB exams, then you are in the right place!
Lessons are available for beginners right through to seriously advanced and concert artists level (classical or jazz). Anthony has over 25 years of teaching experience, is an active performer and an experienced examiner with the Australian Music Examinations Board.
Students at Inner West Piano have multiple performing opportunities each year, including two mid-semester concerts and two major concerts each year. They participate in exams, competitions and music festivals. These are an essential part of the community and performance excellence that Anthony fosters.
